Milky Way and Pinyon Smoke
Its been a strange and lovely few weeks here in Boulder, UT. I will be here for a couple more weeks still. Hard to imagine leaving this wonderful place. The rain rolls in daily it seems during what the locals tell me is the "monsoon season'. Didn't recall the desert having such a thing. It is glorious to watch. Thunder that echoes down long hollow slick rock canyons. A sound you will never hear elsewhere in the world. Shakes the marrow in your bones. When the sky is clear the stars are vivid. Brightly etched in the night sky by some unknown hand. Milky Way so thick you could add it to your coffee if one were so inclined. Beautiful stuff.
